
2/2006 – No Limit Industries (NLI) began operation as the only distributor on the planet that would offer the Bottom Feeder™ undercarriage cleaner for sale.
5/2006 – Etowah Chemicals (Gadsden, AL) came on board as a regional dealer. Etowah Chemical is one of the leading chemical manufacturers in the Southeast, as well as a major Southeastern distributor for cleaning equipment and supplies.
6/2006 – Alkota Cleaning Systems (Alcester, SD) became our first national dealer. Alkota is a manufacturer of one of the best pressure washer systems available. Alkota has over 600 USA dealers as well as having dealers in 19 other countries.
7/2006 – No Limit Industries acquired the full patent and rights to manufacture the Bottom Feeder™ undercarriage cleaner. The patent information is a full International patent on the design and utility of the Bottom Feeder™. NLI began the process of hiring qualified personnel to begin build the undercarriage cleaners as well as sourcing a location suitable to house the production of these units.
9/2006 – NLI moves into a temporary location in the small town of New Brockton, AL. This move is in preparation to moving into a much larger facility in the same town of New Brockton, AL.
11/2006 – NLI makes the move to the larger facility closer to downtown New Brockton. This new location sits on nearly 10 acres of property with a showroom and office building, a large shop facility for manufacturing, along with three barns for additional storage.
1/2007 – NLI submits the final forms to the U.S. Patent office for the Bottom Feeder™ and Bottom Feeder V2™. January 30
th, NLI releases the much anticipated Bottom Feeder V2™ undercarriage cleaner. The Bottom Feeder V2™ is a much smaller unit than the Bottom Feeder™. After taking a large volume of customer feedback from our Bottom Feeder™ customers, NLI develops a new unit that only needs 5.5" of clearance, and has a telescopic and folding handle and a highly effective cleaning nozzle system. The Bottom Feeder V2™ was built to fill a need for a more versatile unit in undercarriage cleaning.2/2007 – NLI begins a great relationship with Little Red Hen, LLC, out of Bozeman, MT, to develop a new drive-over undercarriage cleaning system. These new drive-over systems are designed for usage in "fire camps" to clean the fire-fighting equipment used in the Western USA while fighting wildfires. The fire camps are funded by the U.S. Dept. of Interior and Bureau of Land Management.
3/2007 – NLI completes final design for the drive-over systems designed with the assistance of Little Red Hen, LLC. The drive-over systems are available for sale and will be built by a per order process. Each unit is a heavy duty design built to with hold up to 80,000 lbs of weight. The standard color for the drive-over system is safety yellow.
5/2007 – NLI begins major transition and relocation to a new facility located in Pelham, AL. The new facility allows streamlining of production for our undercarriage systems. NLI also moves into more metal fabrication in this new facility. NLI also announces the hiring of Robert Rice as the new General Manager for the new facility. Robert Rice has been employed by such companies as G.E. Aviation, for laying carbon fiber mold for aircraft parts, and Daimler-Chrysler as a quality inspector and other positions.
7/2007- NLI is issued the publication number for the International patent on both the Bottom Feeder™ and Bottom Feeder V2™ undercarriage cleaning systems. Publication number US2007/0169796A1 is issued to NLI on July 26, 2007 from the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.
8/2007 – Due to increased production demands and tremendous wear on our previous tubing bender, NLI purchases a fully hydraulic, rotary-draw style tubing bender which dramatic increases production on our undercarriage systems as well as allowing for new products to be built. The new bender allows NLI to enter into building such items as roll bars and cages, Mazda rotary exhaust sections, specialized suspension components, and many other specialty items. The new bender has the capacity to bend up to 2.5", .120" wall tubing. Along, with the new bender, NLI purchases a brand new plasma cutter (HyperMax 1000). Now, NLI offers Mig welding, metal fabrication, and plasma services. To add to these services, NLI partners with a local wheel refinisher, Wheel Masters, Inc. (Alabaster, AL), and begins offering alloy wheel repair for cracked or broken wheels.
9/2007 – NLI attends the CETA tradeshow in Orlando, FL. NLI commits to donating a minimum of $2,000.00 each year for the next three years for the CETA Education Foundation, which provides scholarships for student wanting to attend college. Along with NLI commitment, a member of NLI’s financial support also commits to donating $6,000.00 each year for the next three years to the CETA Education Foundation. Every person involved with NLI has recognized the importance that CETA provides to its members, and all parties involved with NLI makes a clear point to show it’s appreciation for CETA’s support of NLI.
10/2007 – To match the outstanding performance of Etowah Chemicals, Kepner Equipment (Canandaigua, NY) and McHenry Equipment (Frederick, MD) becomes NLI’s higher volume dealers of our Bottom Feeder V2™ undercarriage cleaners. A huge thanks for the tremendous support from Etowah, Kepner, and McHenry! On a different note, NLI now begins offering a heavy-duty ladder style tree stand for deer hunters. NLI ladder stands have a few different options of side rails or not or padded rifle bar. NLI ladder stands can also withstands weights of up to 400 lbs.
12/2007 – NLI introduces the first of its new line of Buick Grand National/turbo Buick structural enhancing components. The RS3 kit (Rear Seat Support System) enhances chassis rigidity and is made from T6061 aluminum for high strength and light weight. A polished version is also offered.
1/2008 – NLI produces its first private-labeled Bottom Feeder V2s™ for C-Tech Industries (Camas, WA) and SprayMart (Springdale, AR). NLI introduces the Legacy undercarriage cleaner, which is a Bottom Feeder V2™ which is powder-coated a semi-gloss black and labeled with Legacy decals, and can only be purchased through SprayMart. Much thanks to C-Tech/SprayMart. Along with the private-label of the Bottom Feeder V2™, NLI also begins offering Tig welding services by usage of its brand new Miller Syncrowave 350 Tig welder. Now, NLI offers solid services of Mig or Tig welding along with its tube bending services, metal fabrication, alloy wheel repair, and, by partnering with a local outside source, NLI now can offer laser cutting services and 5-axis water jet services.
2/2008 – NLI begins designing and building functional proto types of its Tombstone attachment. The Tombstone is a separate attachment for the Bottom Feeder V2™ and will allow a user to invert the Bottom Feeder V2™, attach the Tombstone attachment, and the Bottom Feeder V2™ now becomes a surface cleaner. A 2-in-1 unit, in other words. Final release of the Tombstone attachment will be soon. Along with the work on the Tombstone, NLI develops a good relationship with another local company that does many vehicle and trailer wraps for several NASCAR teams. This local company acquires our services to build some aluminum winch boxes for Casey Mears and Dale Earnhart Jr.’s trailers.
3/2008 - NLI begins development and full production on a new Mitsubishi Evo turbo exhaust outlet and atmospheric wastegate dump. This design is a low cost alternative to anything available on the current market for Evo parts. Our projected gain is to obtain 30whp from this piece. Along with the Evo exhaust units, NLI also begins production of a 1
st generation Mazda RX7 strut tower brace. This piece is also a low cost alternative to anything similar on the RX7 market. To finish off the news for the month of March, NLI accepted an award from Undercar Digest magazine for being one the Top 10 Tools of 2008, chosen by their readers.
